Happy Thanksgiving, Everyone!!
No picture today, no story. Up bright and early and gotta make that apple pie to bring down to the family dinner. It's about 5am right now and I'm baking, getting ready and then have a little over 2 hours to drive. Not bad! I hope everyone has a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving and to some of you who are out of the country, just have yourself a great all around day!

Have a wonderful day! We're driving to someone else's also. This is the first time in years that I'm not doing all the cooking. I like it!
ReplyDeleteI baked 6 pumpkin and 4 apple pies before realizing I just didn't have the energy to roll out any more dough. But I still had apples left. So I mixed up another batch of dough and gently pressed it into a large rectangular pan. Turned out just fine.
